For a decade, Global Perspectives has brought together leaders from business, politics, media, science and civil society across Africa and Europe.

Through curated gatherings in Berlin, Dakar, Nairobi and Marrakesh, Global Perspectives has created spaces for open dialogue and a critical rethinking of relations between Germany, Europe and Africa. The ideas and recommendations emerging from these conversations continue to inform policy, practice, and public debate.

A common future takes shape when different perspectives come together – when we meet people from diverse contexts, engage with honesty and gain a deeper understanding of each other’s needs and interests.

Over the past ten years, a trusted community has grown: a network of decision-makers, innovators and influential voices from Africa and Europe who know each other, challenge each other and continue the conversations beyond our spaces.
