Under the patronage of Svenja Schulze, the Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation & Development, the fifth edition of The Africa Roundtable focusses on “The Path to Success” for Africa’s Youth. A skilled workforce is the corner stone of economic growth. With emphasis on the relationship between Europe and Africa, we aim to explore strategies and initiatives that drive sustainable development and shape the future of both continents.

A conversation about strategies for a shared digital future. Kola emphasizes the need for a skilled workforce to fill talent gaps both locally on the African continent and abroad. For that, he coins the term talent "recycling" and explains the Digital Explorers program as an example.
