Mavis Owusu-Gyamfi is President and CEO of the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), Africa’s leading economic policy institute focused on moving Africa beyond growth and toward transformation. Ms. Owusu-Gyamfi’s career spans over twenty-five years in economic and social policy making and development, across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean, working with institutions including the UK Department of International Development, among others.

Ambika Vishwanath is the Co-Founder and Director of Kubernein Initiative, a geopolitical advisory and think tank in India. She is a recipient of the DFAT funded Maitri Fellowship and is currently conducting research on climate partnership opportunities between India and Australia as La Trobe Asia. She works at the intersection of water, climate security and geopolitics, and building an understanding of India's growing global engagement.

Andrea Ordóñez Llanos is Executive Director of Southern Voice, a network of over sixty think tanks from Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean, and Asia leveraging southern evidence and analysis to promote fair global development debates. An economist by training, Andrea was previously Research Director at Grupo FARO, a think tank in Ecuador. Her main research interests are social policy, public finance, financing for development and international cooperation.

Amadou Hott is the Special Envoy of the African Development Bank (AfDB) President for the Alliance for Green Infrastructure in Africa. Previously, he served as Senegal’s Minister for Economy, Planning, and Cooperation and as AfDB Vice President for Power, Energy, Green Growth, and Climate Change. His career includes roles in investment banking, such as Director at Millennium Finance Corporation for Africa, CEO of UBA Capital, and Founder & CEO of Senegal’s Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Dr. Vera Songwe is Chair and Founder of the Liquidity and Sustainability Facility. Dr Songwe was also a senior advisor to the Bank of International Settlements (BIS). At the BIS, the Bank of Central Banks, she worked with the Financial Stability Institute. She is a senior nonresident fellow at the Brookings Institution with global development. She was the first woman to lead the UN Economic Commission for Africa as Executive Secretary, holding the rank of Under-Secretary-General.
