The pandemic poses significant social and economic challenges for Africa and Europe. The ‘Utstein-Quartet’, comprised of former development ministers from Norway, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Germany, had to respond to numerous crises during their terms in office.
They have documented their experiences in the book “Ending Global Poverty: Four Women’s Noble Conspiracy”. To mark the publication of the book, we spoke to them about how international development policy can effectively solve current challenges.
